Berico has been my go to for a couple of years now. They always answer the phone, the usually have someone come out within a day or 2, and most importantly they are honest people who care about their customers. I have used them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues and they’ve always done a great job. This time it was my AC. There was some confusion on my scheduled appointment but as always, Berico straightened it out and got the job done. Thank you for another great service. Mr. Honeycutt was very professional, polite, and efficient with his time.

Berico has been very responsive when questions have arisen and in keeping our generator running smoothly. The only exception to this is the service technician that came out today in regards to his communication or lack thereof. We were unaware that he had completed the inspection until we went outside to check on how it was going. He had left without informing us that he was completed and/or if everything looked good. A knock on the door to let us know he was done would have been appreciated.

Cody came out on July 4th at 5 o’clock on a holiday when it was 100 degrees outside to fix our unit. He quickly found the issue and even through parts will have to be ordered he took extra time and went above and beyond and fix the AC so we could at least have air until the parts come in. Very grateful.

Berico serviced my gas logs. They called before arrival to let me know they were coming. The technician was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service at a great price. I’m very happy with the service provided and I will be using them for any service I need in the future.
